FAQ

Common questions

Why is my inventory volume capped at 1v?

Your character hasn't been introduced in the introductions channel yet, or hasn't been associated with your Discord account. Complete the introduction and the cap lifts.

How do I get the Starter Pack?

Open a help ticket in Discord with your character name and Sietch. Make sure your inventory is empty and your character is logged out, the pack will be delivered.

Can I share the password with friends?

No. Password sharing is a bannable offense. Have your friends join Discord and introduce their characters themselves.

Are character transfers enabled?

No. Holidy Spice is configured with character transfers disabled. All characters must be created on the server. This applies equally to new characters, re-rolls, and alts.

What does "indirect PvP" mean?

Use of in-game mechanics to create indirect PvP, thumping a crawler near a friendly, pushing a thopter into open desert, targeting friendlies in PvP zones, all count and are enforced.

How is PvE enforced in the Deep Desert?

PvE is community-agreed and admin-enforced. Repeated reports of PvP without consent result in loss of server access. Admins handle reports through Discord help tickets.

What if I see a base falling apart?

Looting bases with an active fief is prohibited. If you see a base in trouble, mention it in Discord so the owner can address it, don't take its materials.

How do I contact an admin?

Open a help ticket in the Discord #help-ticket channel. Admins handle starter pack delivery, password resets, PvP reports, and other server issues there.

What's the server restart schedule?

Every night/morning at the scheduled time, see the #server-info channel in Discord for your local time. The Coriolis storm runs every Monday for ten hours.

Is this an official server?

No. Holidy Spice is a fan-run private server. We are not affiliated with Funcom, Legendary, or the Dune IP holders.
